electricity for stable operation of device
for more than a lifetime."

Rechargeable Battery charges and spends electric energy with chemical process and its performance is liable to be lowered with time. Theoretically, the normal life span of a battery is 2,000-3000 cycles (approximately 5-8 years). Actual field study shows this to be around 3-5 years. Therefore, continual use of the device requires battery replacement every 3-5 years. The proper temperature range for battery operated devices run at -20 ~ +45°C making it sensitive to weather conditions, thus creating a disadvantage for battery usage especially for outdoor applications. |
